Delivery

Do you deliver?

YES! We offer a flexible delivery service to your office or home

How much does Delivery Cost?

SPECIAL OFFER!! We normally charge £5 for delivery within 3 miles of our Regent Street Deli, but we are now offering FREE DELIVERY within that distance. We then have competitive delivery rates for distance outside that.

How far do you travel?

We can deliver flexibly within 20 miles of Leamington – subject to minimum orders for large distances. Please feel free to email or call to ask more.

General Questions

Can we create our own menu, or do we need to pick from your menu only?

We have provided a list of set buffet menus as they are popular options for our clients, be are very happy to create bespoke menus to suit – please also take a look at our Bakery Menu for other items we can provide

Can we supply some of our own food, such as desserts or appetizers?
Absolutely, feel free!  We often provide additions to the client’s own event or party food.
Are you licensed and insured?

Yes.

How far in advance should we need to book?

Availability varies by date, but we like to be as flexible as we can. For smaller catering requests we can normally accommodate orders made the day before (or even on the day if we can!), for larger events more notice is needed.

How much should I order?

Feel free to ask our opinion on amounts. We would be happy to help.

Do you provide napkins and plates?

These are not standardly included but we are very happy to provide those for you at a small additional cost – just let us know

How will the food be displayed?

Normally the buffets and food are beautifully presented  in our Rustic Wooden Boxes and Baskets. We will either collect these or ask you to drop them back. If collection is not possible or for longer distances we will instead present your food on disposable platters.

Can you provide staffed events?

Yes absolutely – get in touch and we can discuss your requirements.

Can you provide tableware, cutlery, plates and glasses etc or events?

We work with trusted partners to hire these for your event – we can arrange all that for you with them – so just ask.

Do you provide tables and chairs?

Yes, again our Trusted partners can provide a whole range to suit your requirements.

Will the food be delivered Hot or Cold?

We specialise in cold buffet catering – we find these are versatile for many events and parties. We do also do hot breakfast rolls for collection and delivery.

How long does the food last for?

The buffet food must be eaten within a maximum of 4 hours of delivery or disposed of in order to comply with Food Safety legislation.

Food Allergies

Can you cater for special dietary requirements?

We have a variety of options for special diets – for example we have a range of vegan and gluten free options on our menu.

We have someone coming who has an allergy what should we do?

Please talk to us about this!
Some of our menu items do contain allergenic foods. We take every care to avoid cross-contamination, but as all our products are made and prepared in the same kitchen there is a risk that traces of these may be in any other dishes or food that we serve.  We understand the dangers to customers with severe allergies, so ask that you request more information from us if you suffer from an allergy.
